Alternatives of 59 Chinese Mobile Apps which are banned by GOI
As the Government of India has banned china made mobile applications, there are multiple questions which have surfaced. Major questions are mostly, if people will be able to use the apps which are already installed in the mobile phone.
Also a major question is “Will your mobile phone from Chinese manufacturer continue to work like prior?”
What we found?
We decided to research these topics and bring clear information for our readers.
The Government of India has sent the information of banning the Chinese mobile applications and it has been found that they are either being taken down or in process to be taken down from Play Store and App Store.
For example if you will search Tik-Tok in the play store apps which are related to it will be visible but the Chinese app will be missing. Same will happen for the other banned mobile applications as well.
What about the Chinese mobile applications which are already installed in our phones?
Answers to this question are divided in two sections. There are some mobile applications which use the internet for the operations. Such applications like Tik-Tok, Helo, etc will not work anymore as to comply with the policy made by Government of India, internet service providers have restricted use of these applications. However the mobile applications which don’t use the internet such as Shareit, Xander, etc. will be functioning but now there will be no more updates available for them. This means it will lose its efficiency over time. It’s not recommended to continue using these mobile applications as it will provide an easy way for someone to affect your digital safety and security negatively.
For those people who are using the phones from the Chinese manufacturer can continue using it as there are absolutely no changes made for it. Only the banned applications from the manufacturers such as Mi community will not function anymore.
Does that mean now we will have no way of using the services these banned applications provided?
Answer is No. There are multiple much more efficient mobile applications which have been present in the play store and app store with the same services. We can use them. Our team has found some of the replacement of the banned applications and it gives us immense pleasure to share it with you.
